Liberty Way is the Veridea Group’s flagship development in the heart of Marquette. The three-phase mixed-use complex was completed three years ahead of schedule. Phase I of the development was the Nicolet Building, which houses its namesake’s regional headquarters on the first two floors. Additional Class A office space is situated on the third floor. The second phase was the construction of a new custom-built headquarters for Upper Peninsula Health Plan. Veridea’s 102-unit Staybridge Suites extended stay hotel opened its doors soon after the UPHP building was complete.
