The Veridea Group has welcomed WJMN-TV as a new tenant in their building formerly known as West Towne Center. Now named WJMN-TV Plaza, the property will house the broadcasting company’s new 4,200 square foot television news studio.
“We are thrilled that WJMN-TV chose our property for their new television studio,” said Bethany Cody, Manager of Real Estate Services at the Veridea Group. “They are a great addition to the Plaza and we look forward to seeing them on the air.”
CBS affiliate WJMN-TV is part of Nexstar Broadcasting Group. Nexstar is a leading diversified media company that leverages localism to bring new services and value to consumers and advertisers utilizing tradition, digital and mobile media platforms. Nexstar owns, operates, programs or provides sales and other services to 74 television stations and 13 related digital multicast signals reaching 44 markets (approximately 12.1% of all U.S. television households). Nexstar’s affiliates include NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, MyNetworkTV, The CW, Telemundo, Bounce TV and independent stations. With several months of suite improvements wrapping up, WJMN-TV plans to hit the airwaves at the end of April.
