Development
Veridea Group is actively engaged in property acquisition of both vacant land and redevelopment parcels. Some of our most recent projects include the complete renovation of the new Wells Fargo Plaza adjacent to Target in Marquette Township, the award winning Tierney Building in downtown Marquette, the Country Inn & Suites of Marquette, and Buffalo Wild Wings. Current projects underway include the development of the West Towne Shopping Center near Super One Foods and Range Bank in Marquette Township.
