Bob’s previous experience includes real estate development, transaction financing and structuring, corporate banking and business development. His direct investment in commercial real estate dates back to 1992 with the development of a chain of national retail stores in the Upper Peninsula.
Prior to the formation of Veridea Group, Bob was a partner in Centrup Properties, which began in 1996. Centrup’s rapid growth and success sparked the creation of Veridea Group, specializing in commercial real estate development and property management.
Bob is involved in new land acquisition, development planning and design, transaction structure and financing and construction management.
