As Vice President of Hospitality at the Veridea Group, Charlie oversees all aspects of the division including: strategic direction, growth and development, design and construction, acquisition, operational performance, manager development and training, and human resources. Under his direction, the division has undergone tremendous growth from a single property to multiple lodging facilities ranging from traditional to extended-stay hotels. Charlie has personally overseen projects ranging from acquisition to transformation, renovation, and new construction.

Operationally, Charlie focuses on creating systems and procedures that generate industry leading guest satisfaction, margins, and returns. His goal is to lead the division with an emphasis on operating businesses that create employment opportunities, rewarding career paths, and which benefit the community. To that end, Charlie has launched a hotel manager development program that prepares participants for general management roles.
