Wells Fargo Plaza
The Wells Fargo Center was converted from the former Aaron’s Rent to Own into a first class retail shopping center. Veridea endeavored to renovate the exterior by adding brick columns, storefront glass, tile and more, as well as improve parking and completely redo the interior.
Accomplishments
The Wells Fargo Center provides its tenants and the community with a modern and convenient shopping center with close proximity to the main retail corridor in Marquette Township. An additional connectivity drive has been added for customer convenience and in the interest of safety, reducing traffic on US 41.
The Center is 80 percent leased. Tenants include, Wells Fargo, The UPS Store, Snap Fitness, and Jimmy John’s. There is currently one 1800 square foot suite available. Call our office at (906) 228-3900 for details!
