Hilton Garden Inn, Kalispell, MT
Acquired by the Veridea Group in February 2022, the 144 room hotel, 700-person conference and banquet center, restaurant, bar, and casino underwent a comprehensive $10 million renovation. The Freestone Restaurant and Bull Trout Bar & Casino opened in June 2023 and offers guests award-winning dishes, a Private Dining Room, carefully curated drink selections, and the spirit of independence and authenticity which inspires their Fine Dining – Montana Style.
Kaufman Block, Marquette, MI
Contemporary renovation, rebranding, and leasing out of an iconic historical block in downtown Marquette. The 101 West Washington St. building hosts 3,600 square feet of Office Space, a prime downtown location, and stunning views of Lake Superior.
Residence Inn Bozeman, MT
An all-suite extended stay hotel with a complete overhaul of the property completed in 2019. Renovations included exterior and guest room upgrades, a total lobby renovation, and an expansion of the fitness center, meeting room, and breakfast areas.
Residences at Harbor Vista
Located in Marquette, MI, Harbor Vista is an upscale multi-family residential community located on a hilltop overlooking Marquette’s lower harbor. Tenants enjoy expansive views, high end finishes, a wooded setting, and direct access to both the City of Marquette bike path and the Noquemenon Trail Network’s south trails. Phase 1 was completed in Summer of 2018 and Phase 2 was completed in Fall of 2020.
Liberty Way
Liberty Way is the Veridea Group’s flagship development in the heart of Marquette. The three-phase mixed-use complex was completed three years ahead of schedule. Phase I of the development was the Nicolet Building, which houses its namesake’s regional headquarters on the first two floors. Additional Class A office space is situated on the third floor. The second phase was the construction of a new custom-built headquarters for Upper Peninsula Health Plan. Phase III, Veridea’s 102-unit Staybridge Suites extended stay hotel, opened its doors soon after the UPHP building was completed.
