Executive-level hiring and opening of Bozeman, MT Office

MARQUETTE, MI – The Veridea Group is pleased to announce the addition of Peter Ransone as its new Vice President of Development.   Ransone brings nearly 20 years of diversified real estate development and project management to his new position.   Working with a leading Eastern Seaboard development firm prior to joining Veridea, he oversaw development projects in major metropolitan markets ranging from ground-up new development, renovations, repurposing, and mixed-use urban infill.  His industry experience includes premier commercial, lodging and residential properties.

Ransone will be based in Bozeman, Montana, where he will also lead Veridea’s new Mountain West office.

“Peter’s skill set, experience and industry relationships will enable Veridea to continue our strong growth and expand our presence in the Mountain West at the same time,” said Veridea CEO Robert Mahaney.  “His wide range of industry knowledge strengthens our already talented development team immensely, allowing us to pursue the many opportunities before us today. We’re delighted to have him join Veridea.”

A Virginia native, Ransone is a graduate of the University of Tennessee.  An avid fly fisherman and outdoorsman, Peter can be found on outdoor adventures with his family outside of work.
