MARQUETTE – Veridea Group has announced the opening of its newest upscale residential building at the Residences at Harbor Vista.
Harbor Vista II is a 42-unit building, featuring high end finishes, sweeping views of Lake Superior, and direct access to miles of biking and hiking trails. Veridea’s Residential Leasing Manager, Eric Chapman, is thrilled with the early reception.
Chapman said. “The interest in the building – in both buildings, really – has been phenomenal,” Chapman said.
The Harbor Vista development occupies a 12-acre wooded site overlooking Lake Superior. The site itself abuts and is directly connected to the Noquemanon Trail Network’s south trails and the City of Marquette bike path and is within walking distance of downtown Marquette and City beaches. “Occupancy across both of our buildings is strong, and we are receiving inquiries daily,” Chapman said. “The reasons for the interest in the development vary. For some people, it’s the views or the woods and trails, while some people like that we are pet friendly and offer all-inclusive rents.”
The Residences at Harbor Vista offers upscale apartments including studio, one- and two-bedroom units. Furnished apartments and variable lease lengths are available.
“Not everyone needs a 12-month lease,” Chapman said. “Because we offer flexibility in our lease lengths, we are able to accommodate both traditional tenants and those who may be looking for something for only part of the year.”
