The second phase of the Liberty Way development is the headquarters of the Upper Peninsula Health Plan. Following an extensive site search, UPHP retained Veridea to act as the developer and project manager of its custom-built headquarters. Veridea was tasked with delivering a building that would comfortably house UPHP’s growing work force of over 130 employees — providing them with an office environment that was well lit, roomy, and modern. Working closely with Myefski Architects and Miron Construction, Veridea oversaw the project from conception to completion, and UPHP took possession of the building after a year-long construction period.
