RESIDENCE INN BOZEMAN BEGINS RENOVATIONS

BOZEMAN – The Residence Inn, Bozeman is undertaking a $2.5 million renovation to improve the hotel guest experience.

Upgrades include a completely renovated exterior façade and expanded and redesigned lobby and common areas. Additional improvements will include the creation of new meeting and banquet spaces with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, an advanced outdoor living area, new appliances in guest rooms, and an enlarged fitness facility.

The Residence Inn Bozeman was acquired by the Veridea Group, a hospitality management and real estate development company with operations in Montana and Michigan, in December of 2016.

“Bozeman is a great community and we believe these improvements will not only provide our guests with a genuine local experience but will also enhance their stay in the Bozeman area,” said Veridea Group Vice President of Hospitality Charles Holsworth.

Construction will be completed by CS Structures of Bozeman. All reusable fixtures, over 200 appliances, and gently used furniture at the property were donated to Habitat for Humanity of Gallatin Valley.
